Up in North, with wester disturbance vacating the region, rains would witness a significant decrease in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. However, remnants of system would give isolated light rains over few parts of the hilly states.
Weather over northern plains including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan would be dry. Due to clear sky and bright sun, day temperatures might go up by a couple of degrees.
In East a Cyclonic Circulation is seen over East Assam and adjoining Arunachal Pradesh. A trough is seen extending from Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim to North Bay of Bengal. Therefore, scattered light to moderate rains are expected over northeastern states as well as over Sikkim.
Isolated light rains might be seen over Balasore, Mayurbhanj and Keonjhargarh. Weather of Bihar and Jharkhand would be dry.
The weather over Central India would be dry with winds from northwest direction. The day temperatures might increase by one or two degrees over Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Down South dry weather would continue to prevail across South Peninsula. However, sky of South Tamil Nadu and Kerala might become partly cloudy sans any weather activity. Day would be very warm.
