A Low-Pressure Area is over South Uttar Pradesh and the Axis of Monsoon Trough s extending from South Haryana to Northeast India across Low-Pressure Area. Therefore, we expect moderate rains with one or two heavy spells to continue over Madhya Pradesh, Southeast Rajasthan, Gujarat region and parts of Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Now, there will be significant reduction of rainfall activities over the Kutch region. However, scattered rains will continue over Konkan and Goa. Mumbai is likely to see light rains with isolated moderate spells.
In the eastern parts of the country, a Cyclonic Circulation is over East Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The rainfall activities will increase over Bihar and West Bengal. Also, moderate rains with one or two heavy spells are possible over East Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh. While light to moderate rains are possible over rest Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal and rest Northeast India. Kolkata may receive one or two moderate spells of rain.
Down South, the Monsoon is expected to remain Subdued over here. However, Coastal Karnataka may receive few moderate spells. While scattered light rains are possible over Kerala and parts of Telangana. Andaman and Nicobar along with Lakshadweep Islands will receive moderate rains at few places. Also, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru will be almost dry.
Up in the North, no significant weather activity is expected here. The weather of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan will be warm, dry and humid. Isolated light rains can be a sight over West Uttar Pradesh with scattered light rains over Uttarakhand.
