Clear weather in Delhi today as India Takes on Afghanistan at WC Match 9

The ninth instalment of the World Cup cricket match between India and Afghanistan will take place in Delhi on October 11, i.e. today. The match will be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium at 2:00 p.m., which was previously known as the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium.

The temperature at the time of commencement of the match will be around 33 degrees. The temperature will gradually increase and may reach 35 degrees between 3 and 4 p.m. Thereafter there will be a gradual fall in temperature and by the end of the match, it will be around 29 degrees.

Humidity level will be between 38 and 49%. We do not expect any dew on the pitch or ground. The sky will be almost clear with bright sunshine. Initially, the wind direction will be from west-southwest and the speed will be around 10 Kmph. Wind direction may change, and wind will start blowing from the Northwest direction by late evening. Weather will not play any spoilsport during the match.

Talking about yesterday's matches, England emerged as the winners against Bangladesh, and that too by a big margin of 137 runs. Meanwhile, Pakistan won by six wickets against Sri Lanka, which gave them the much needed confidence.
