Delhi Rains Yet Again On Weekend, Pleasant Weather To Continue

Delhi is likely to have another spell of rain and thundershower.  Sky  will gradually  become cloudless towards evening today.  Fair weather conditions will prevail tomorrow as well. However, clouding will appear again tomorrow evening and thicken during the night. Rain and showers are expected to commence by early morning on 24th March and last through the day and night. Partial clearance can be expected by early morning on 25th March  and mostly clear sky thereafter. 

The capital city and suburbs had experienced generally warm conditions between 01st and 17th March. The day temperatures persistently remained above normal, in low and mid 30's.  Maximum temperature crossed 34degree on 12th and 15th March, about 6-7 degree more than the average. There has been twist in the weather conditions.  Delhi and NCT received moderate to heavy showers on 20th evening. The day temperature dipped by about 5 degree below the normal , at 25.8 degree. 

Fresh western disturbance is likely to arrive over the northern mountains, by tomorrow evening. An induced cyclonic circulation will also accompany, travelling across central Pakistan to Rajasthan. Under the combined influence of these two systems, rain and thundershowers are expected over North india and extending up to the national capital. 

Rain and thundershowers are likely on 24th Mar and the residual effect lasting till 25th morning. The day temperature will rise today and tomorrow, touching 29-30 degree. The temperature will dip again by 3-4degree, reaching 26-27 degree. After a brief clearance on 26th and 27th March, cloudy skies are likely again on 28th March.  Slight chill will continue for the next 4-5 days in the morning hours. Overall, pleasant conditions are expected on the weekend and spill over to the next week, as well.
