Parts of the west coast including the state of Goa, Coastal Karnataka, as well as Konkan will be seeing good rains for the next three days. Rainfall will be of varied intensity.
Today widespread activity will be seen over the entire Coastal Karnataka, Goa as well as Konkan. The southern half of Konkan is likely to see heavier showers. Mumbai also will be witnessing heavy rains.
Rains will be shrinking in nature. Moreover, by tomorrow, rains will be reducing from Coastal Karnataka and continue over Goa as well as Konkan. On July 28th, rains will remain confined to southern parts of Konkan, reducing in intensity. Thereafter, rains will reduce from all the regions in the coming days.
As the system is moving northeastward in an unusual track, Monsoon surge will reduce from the West Coast.
