Both the state of Karnataka as well as Rayalaseema is all set to see some Monsoon rains. Previously, north interior Karnataka has seen lesser rains wherein south interior Karnataka's monsoon rains have been even worse. The Rayalaseema region is also rain deficient by 30% or so.
Now, this is all set to change as rainfall activity of varied intensity is expected to be seen over these pockets. More rains are expected over north interior Karnataka as compare to south interior Karnataka.
The places in north interior Karnataka that will receive good rains include Bellary, Gadag, Dharwad, Vijayanagar, and Raichur. On the other hand less rainfall activity is expected to be seen in south interior Karnataka which includes Bengaluru, Mysore, and Mandya. For Rayalaseema, Kurnool, Anantapur, Chittoor, Cuddappah, will be seeing rains for two days.
After a couple of days rainfall activity will reduce from all these areas and improvement is expected.
