Fairly widespread rain and thundershower activities have occurred over West and East Rajasthan. Parts of Gujarat have also witnessed light to moderate rain.
Now, the rain will reduce over the south and central parts of Rajasthan as well as Gujarat. However, scattered light to moderate rain and thunderstorm may continue over the northern districts of Rajasthan. Shri Ganganagar, Churu, Bikaner, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, Jaipur and Ajmer may witness scattered rain.
The weather of Barmer, Sirohi, Pali, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Kota, Tonk, and Baran will remain dry for at least the next 2 days.
The weather in Gujarat will also go dry for the next two or three days. Temperatures are expected to increase over both states but we do not expect heat waves to make a comeback over both states for at least the next week.
