The low pressure area is becoming less marked but the Cyclonic circulation is still there over extreme northern parts of Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Uttar Pradesh. It is carrying the trough line once again close to the foothills, and at the moment, the trough is passing through and through Uttar Pradesh region.
Thus, we can expect some intense rains over both the states of Uttar Pradesh as well as Bihar between August 22 and 24th. We can expect heavy showers over some of these areas.
For Uttar Pradesh, the western and southern parts will be seeing rains. Today, cities of Kanpur, Etawah, Ferozabad, and Mainpuri may see rains. Tomorrow, Prayagraj, Lucknow, and Faizabad will see rain tomorrow. For the state of Bihar, Patna, Gaya, Motihari, Supaul, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga etc. will see intense rains.
