As of now, the weather continues to be dry and arid over Maharashtra.
Considering the weather conditions region wise, the weather over Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra has been dry with sunny sky conditions. Minimum temperatures over northern districts of both the regions have been settling by 2 to 4 degrees above normal.

While the southern districts of Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra have been witnessing minimums near normal or marginally below the normal levels. Not much change in night temperatures is anticipated in the coming days.
As on Monday, Mumbai recorded minimum of 20.6°C, Pune 14°C, Nashik 16.5°C and Satara 13.5°C.
A trough is extending from Kerala coast up to Maharashtra coast; however it will not have much impact on the temperature profile over Konkan region and Madhya Maharashtra.

Farmers are advised to complete the harvesting of Wheat and other Rabi crops. Also, they are recommended to complete the harvesting of matured fruits like Grapes, Pomegranate and Papaya. Moreover, irrigate the summer crop of Groundnut and vegetables due to increased temperatures.
