Heavy rain affected the paddy crop at harvesting stage in parts of AP, Odisha, WB, Jharkhand and Bihar. Crop has reached at grain formation stage in north India, Prevailing weather is positive. In south and east the paddy has reached panicle initiation to grain formation.
