November – Gir, Gujarat
The Gir Wildlife Sanctuary was built up in the year 1975, as a necessity to protect the lion population. Since the sanctuary has been set up there has been an increment in the lion population. Despite the place is closed during the rainy season, the wintery months are the best time to visit the haven, as there is an expanded believability of locating natural life in its truest form.
