The Western Disturbance is over Jammu and Kashmir and its induced Cyclonic Circulation is over West Rajasthan and adjoining Pakistan. Scattered light to moderate rain and snow is possible over Jammu and Kashmir and parts of Ladakh. While light rain and snow will be seen over parts of Himachal Pradesh. The weather in Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana may become cloudy but chances of rain are very bleak.
The pollution levels in Delhi and NCR will be in poor to very poor zone. The minimums over the Northwest Plains may rise by a couple of degrees. Meanwhile in Central India, light rain is possible at few places of western and northern parts of Rajasthan. These rains will be patchy and light in nature. The weather of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat will be dry.
The minimums may increase over Maharashtra and parts of Madhya Pradesh. Heading to East and Northeast India, a Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Meghalaya and adjoining east Bangladesh. There may be light rain at isolated places of Sikkim, Meghalaya, Assam and Nagaland.
Also, light rain and snow can be seen in Arunachal Pradesh. Due to an anti-Cyclone over Odisha, the weather of eastern states will be dry and sunny. Down South, a Trough is extending from southwest Arabian Sea to Tamil Nadu coast. We expect isolated light rains over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The weather of Telangana, Kerala will be dry. Isolated light rains are also possible over Chennai. Bengaluru and Hyderabad will witness dry weather.
