IPL 2018: Desperate for win, MI to lock horns with RCB in Mumbai

The Indian Premier League has completed half of its leg and there have been several variations as far as the performances of all the eight teams are concerned. Unlike the previous IPL events, there has been a few teams who have performed quite badly.

One of the teams is the Mumbai Indians which has not been able to fare well in terms of winning games. So far, Rohit Sharma and company have only won five out of the seven games played by them.

Yesterday, a nail biting clash was witnessed between the Chennai Super Kings and the Delhi Daredevils wherein after a commendable effort by the DD batsmen, it was the CSK which stole the show and won the sixth game of this season. Meanwhile, DD is in a deep puddle as they are right at the bottom and need to win all upcoming six games to be able to have some chance in the competition.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore are also not in a good place themselves as they are currently seventh at the points table with two wins and seven losses.

Tonight, an interesting clash is expected between the two teams who are struggling to cover a few of their old losses, namely the Royal Challengers Bangalore as well as the Mumbai Indians at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru at 8:00 PM.

Weather Update for Bengaluru

As far as the weather conditions are concerned, sky will remain partly cloudy over Bengaluru. A slight bad news for spectators and players is that short spell of rain and thundershowers are expected to occur in the capital city of Karnataka which may play spoilsport at the match. However, this activity will not be as strong to cause a washout.
