Now the current weather system has reached Ladakh, due to which the weather is gradually clearing on the mountains.

Today it is expected that the weather will be clear in Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad. But light rains may continue in the low-lying areas and snowfall in high altitude areas in the northern areas of Ladakh, northern Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours this weather system will overtake and due to this effect, the area of ​​cyclonic winds over Rajasthan in the plains will also be weakened.

Due to the weakening of both seasonal systems, now the sky is expected to remain clear and dry weather in almost all parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan in the plains. At the same time, the cold northwest winds will start coming from the mountains to the lowlands, due to which the minimum temperature in the cities of the plain of North India including Delhi-NCR will fall below the normal.

It is estimated that Amritsar, Jalandhar, Pathankot, Ludhiana, Patiala, Moga, Ambala, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Sonipat, Panipat, Gurugram, Rewari, Mahendragarh, Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budhanagar, Meerut, Moradabad, Churu, Ganganagar, Jaipur, Bharatpur, Alwar, and Jhunjhunu, the minimum temperature will again fall below normal and there will be many areas where conditions like cold wave may also occur in the next 24 to 48 hours.
