Dry weather in Telangana for another 48 hours, rains thereafter

Parts of the state of Telangana has been witnessing dry weather conditions for some time now while some of the areas have seen some rainfall activity. Talking specifically about the city of Hyderabad, until a day before, the city had recorded rainfall of varied intensity with showers being moderate on September 11.

Along with no rain show over most of the state, temperatures have also seen a marginal increase. In fact, many districts are observing maximums in mid 30s. Now, rains are expected to remain absent for the next 24 to 48 hours. Thereafter, by September 16, rains are likely to commence over the state and continue till September 18. Few good spells are also likely during this time.

The reason for upcoming rains will be attributed to the east trough which will form from West Central Bay of Bengal to Telangana.

In fact, Southwest Monsoon is expected to revive over southern parts of the country along with East India during that time. Talking about the Monsoon performance in the state of Telangana so far, the state is at 0 percent which means normal rainfall has been recorded.
