Now, weatherman at Skymet Weather anticipate scattered rains of light intensity to occur over the northern parts of the state including cities like Adilabad, Karimnagar and Ramagundam for at least the next 24 hours.

After that, the weather is most likely to again go dry, but then there are chances of isolated light showers over the northern districts of the state.

For the time being, the weather conditions over southern parts of Telangana will remain more or less dry including cities like Kurnool, Hyderabad, Mehbubnagar and Nalgonda.

In view of this, maximum temperatures will settle in lower 30s and minimums will be in lower to mid-20s. There are minimum probabilities of the mercury levels to ascend over Telangana.

These rains are not even enough to benefit the farmers. As on August 2, the state of Telangana received scarce rains with deficiency of -5%.
