Clouds are anything but nature’s way of spreading happiness amongst the people living down here. But the amorphous shape of the clouds from beneath them looks nothing when compared to clouds seen up above with them. And that is exactly what a pilot saw & captured and shared with the world.

An Ecuador Airlines pilot, Santiago Borja, saw something so hypnotic between the clouds that it will also leave you speechless. While flying near Panama over Pacific Ocean, Borja glanced out his window to see the most spectacular view of a thunderstorm being charged up.

While speaking to The Washington Post Borja said, "Storms are tricky because the lightning is so fast, there is no time for tripod and there is a lot of reflection from inside lights."

He said, "I like this photo so much because you can feel the amazing size of the storm and its power, but at the same time it’s wonderful how peacefully you can fly around it in still air without touching it."
