The state of Madhya Pradesh has recorded some good rains in the last 24 hours. During the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Thursday, Shivpuri recorded 87 mm of rains, Raisen 49 mm, Gwalior 28 mm, Chhindwara 20 mm, Datia 13 mm, and Nowgong 11 mm.
A Cyclonic Circulation is over southern parts of Central Uttar Pradesh. The proximity of the Monsoon trough and winds coming from the Arabian Sea resulted in convergence over Madhya Pradesh.
Rains are expected to start in western parts and then move to eastern regions. Areas including Ratlam, Ujjain, Khargone, Khandwa, Gwalior, and Guna along with Shivpuri will see some rains. Later rains are expected over East Bhopal, Sagar, Satna, and Rewa.
