Unseasonal rains are expected to lash some parts of Central India including the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh as well as parts of Gujarat.
On March 9, regions of Maharashtra and East Rajasthan as well as Madhya Pradesh are expected to see some rainfall activities. On March 10, rains will remain in Rajasthan as well as Madhya Pradesh but not particularly in many parts of Maharashtra.
Meanwhile, on March 11, rain belt will be seen hovering over North Maharashtra and Southwest Madhya Pradesh.
With the rising temperatures during this season, there is usually a tendency to have convective buildup, reaching heights, resulting in some hailstorm activities.
Heat is a trigger, resulting in tall clouds causing some thunderstorm as well as hailstorm activity. Due to similar reasons, North Maharashtra, West Madhya Pradesh and Southeast Rajasthan may see hailstorm as well during this time.
