Weather in Delhi will have cool nights along with cool morning hours in the next two to three days. Night temperatures in Delhi may again fall to reach around 12°C to 14°C from Friday night onwards. Wind conditions in Delhi will also see a change as northerly winds will replace the currently presiding easterly winds from tomorrow evening. Winds will be cooler and drier than what we have experienced till now in these initial days of winter.

Weather in Delhi will remain cloudy with chances of light rain at one or two places during next 24 hours. Day will become mainly clear from tomorrow noon onwards and the maximum temperatures will rise slowly but will remain below normal for next two to three days.

The Palam observatory in Delhi recorded 0.4 mm of rain since yesterday, the night of 6th of November. Night temperatures in Palam rose to 16.1°C, i.e. two notches above the average under the influence of the Western Disturbance. However night temperature at the Safdarjang Observatory was recorded at 14°C which is normal for this time of the month.
(Western Disturbance is a low pressure area that originates in the Mediterranean Sea and adjoining Atlantic, and moves eastwards reaching north India. It brings winter rains in the region. Delhi receives 3.7 mm of rain in the initial winter month of November due to this weather system).
