Turmeric prices were up in the major spot markets of India on account of the good demand. Turmeric prices at Nizamabad market were upto Rs 8146 per quintal. New arrivals were increasing in the spot markets. As per the analysts, bullish trend in turmeric prices will continue due to drop in production this year.
