Monsoon will be active over west Madhya Pradesh, west coast and southeast part of Gujarat during next 24 hours. Moderate rain with one or two heavy spells is expected over these regions including sub-himalayan West Bengal.
Moderate rain is likely over northeastern states, Marathwada, Vidarbha, southeast Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. On the other hand subdued rain is expected over southern peninsula and east India.
Northeast India will mainly be dry with light rain and thundershowers at few places.
