Rainfall will start by Wednesday and torrential rains are expected over coastal Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal rough on October 27 and 28.

Another cyclonic circulation can be seen over southeast Arabian Sea. This will bring scattered rains over Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Other states of South Peninsular India will remain dry.

The cyclonic circulation up in Northeast India will bring scattered light rains over Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura.

Northwesterly winds will continue over most parts of northwest central and east India. Slight haze is possible over the northern plains including Delhi. Weather will remain mostly dry and afternoon will be sunny.
