Western disturbance is as a cyclonic circulation over north Afghanistan and adjoining Pakistan.
The cyclonic circulation over Northeast Assam and adjoining areas persists.
A trough from the cyclonic circulation over Northwest Uttar Pradesh extends up to West Bangladesh across southeast Uttar Pradesh, south Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim at lower levels persists.
A cyclonic circulation is over Central Gujarat and adjoining areas extends up to 3.1 Km above mean Sea level.
A shear zone near the latitude 8° North over South Peninsular India extends between 3.1 and 4.5 Km above mean Sea level.
A cyclonic circulation is over the southeast Arabian Sea near the Kerala coast.

During the last 24 hours, Moderate to heavy rain occurred over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells occurred over Kerala.
Light to moderate rain occurred over Meghalaya, Assam, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh Gangetic West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Lakshadweep.
Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala, Lakshadweep, parts of North Tamil Nadu, and Himachal Pradesh.

During the next 24 hours, Light to moderate rain with a few heavy spells is possible over Lakshadweep, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Assam and Meghalaya.
Light to moderate rain is possible over Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, northeast India, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and northeast Bihar.
Thunderstorms, dust storms with rain may occur over Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Rajasthan during the next two days.
