A massive tornado tore through McMullen in Alabama on Tuesday, February 4, 2016. About 75 people were forced to rush out of their homes in this small town just across from the Mississippi border.
In fact, multiple tornadoes were reported in Alabama and Mississippi.
Colder air from the Rockies merged with warmer-than-usual air from the Gulf Coast and created a dynamic setup for such violent storms.
